Dyadic Netherlands, is a fully-owned subsidiary of Dyadic International Inc., having its headquarters in Jupiter (Florida, USA).

The technology of Dyadic Netherlands is based on its proprietary fungal Chrysosporium lucknowense expression system, protected by a number of patents. The unique morphology, the high expression levels and the limited nutritional needs of the fungus allow high production levels at low costs.

Dyadic Netherlands offers third parties access to its technology through contract research and licenses. Since 2008 the technology to produce enzymes for biofuel production was outlicensed on a non-exclusive basis to Codexis (partner of Royal Dutch Shell) and Abengoa Bioenergy, the largest producer of bioethanol in Europe
